2016 Galaxy electric front windscreen problem

I have a 2016 Galaxy with quick-clear electric windscreen. Neither the left or right side works.

The light comes on the switch when pushed, but no heat through the embedded elements.  The fuses look intact. 

Any suggestions what could be stoppi9ng it heating?

    The heated front screens only work when the ambient outside temperature is 7oC or less

    The screen was definitely frozen when I tried and it was minus 3 C

    I have charged the battery just in case it was a bit low, so am awaiting the next frosts !
