-Ford Fiesta Zetec JA8  08-13

-After replacing either pads or discs bedding is required
-Drive to a secure location using the brakes as minimally as possible

-Get up to 35mph and then moderate brake until about 5mph. Don’t come to a complete stop. Get back up to 35mph and then repeat.
-Do this for a total of 10 'stops'

-Now launch the car to 50mph & emergency stop to about 5mph. Don’t come to a complete stop. Get back up to 50mph and then repeat.
-Do this for a total of 3 'stops'

-Now drive for 10 minutes whilst trying not to use the brakes whilst they cool down and evenly coat the rotors with friction material

-Now park up for 5 minutes to fully let the brakes cool down (don't use the handbrake)
