!Guide! Replacing 12V Battery - MK7 2011

Misc:
-Minimum required battery power: 340 CCA
-Maximum battery size: 096
-Battery should be replaced when it has a rest voltage of lower than 12.4v OR after 4 years

----------------------------------------------------------

-Unfasten the 10mm bolt on the negative battery terminal
-Securely position the negative terminal to one side

-Unfasten the 2 10mm nuts on the battery clamp bar
-Remove the clamp bar

-Unfasten the 10mm bolt on the positive battery terminal
-Securely position the positive terminal to one side

-Lift the old battery out of the battery tray
-Clean any corrosion on the terminals, if there is any

-Put the new battery in the battery tray (Check the battery for yellow transit plugs)

-Place the battery clamp bar back in position
-Tighten the 2 10mm nuts on the battery clamp bar @ 25Nm

-Tighten the 10mm positive battery terminal @ 25Nm
-Tighten the 10mm negative battery terminal @ 25Nm

-Readjust the cars date & time

So it is! Thank you very much. I really did not sleep much last night.

I tend to copy and paste and edit things I've already typed so that it is faster to produce.
