DPF ANDROID APP FOR OBD2 (BLUETOOTH ELM327)

Featured Replies

Hello everybody from sunny and warm (for now) Greece!!!

I would like to refer to a recent application that i have downloaded to my smartphone and it is called ''FDPF''.

It is an unknown for me app that playstore has it.

It is virus free small app and it connected easilly to my phone via bluetooth.

The app saws me the DPF SOOT percentance and the DPF LOAD percentance instantly.

It also saws me a current Engine Coolant Temp, a current DPF temp (EGT) and two or three kinds of info such as Last regen kms and a last oil change kms.

Do you have any similar app that is a better one and more detailed than mine?

It is a very helpfull app that shows me a current DPF SOOT load. I have tried it watching my DPF soot rising for good at very short trips (5kms) at about 4% per 5kms.

It cloggs very easy and very fast in small trips at city roads  .

I know for good now that diesel cars are not city cars.

If anyone uses an app familliar to mine i would like to tell me if you like!!!

Thanks a lot in advance!!

You are the only club that responced all the times i have asked for something with no arrogance, no irony and no bad feelings about my silly questions.

Thank you all for that!

You are good people English ,Scotish, Irish and everyone of you!!!

Hello Alex, from a very cold and windy North East of England 🙄

The very best software you can download and use on your phone is FORScan Lite. It costs GB £6.05 which is about €6.80

There are two versions, one for Android and one for iPhone, make sure to buy the Bluetooth version and do not buy the WiFi

You will also need the dongle, for Android use 'vLinker FD' and for iPhone use 'vLinker FD+'

Download FORScan Lite: https://forscan.org/download.html

vLinker FD (Android): https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2380057.m570.l1313&_nkw=125696589952&_sacat=0

vLinker FD+ (iPhone): https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2047675.m570.l1313&_nkw=125563711392&_sacat=0
