Hi Everyone, 

My partner loves his Ford Galaxy Mark 2 which he has had from new… back in the Stone Age year of 2002.

He needs a new offside front door latch for it and his garage have been unable to source a new one for him.  They suggested he bought one second hand which they would fit for him.  We have tried Charles Trent and also 24/7 spares but so far no joy.  EBay may possibly have one but he is not keen on the site.  Can anyone suggest anywhere else to look so he can lock his beloved car at night?

    Ebay is where most of us buy used parts nowadays.  

    Gumtree is another option.  If you're on Facebook, you could try Marketplace.  Or look for a group with parts sales.  Or try a local breakers yard?

    This age Galaxy was basically a VW Sharan or Seat Alhambra underneath, so parts from those may also be interchangeable, though you'd have to double check that.
