Price of front wings for a Mk2...

Featured Replies

I'm contemplating getting a new front passenger wing (original is just bubbling away with rust) On seeking a price, EuroParts have reasonable copies online, though I noticed that the RHS sells at £49.99 and the LHS sells for £53.99. On contacting their 'price match' department I asked if they could price match the LHS wing for me with their own RHS!

Just got a response saying the query had now been passed to their web site team who will equalise the price of both in the next few days. Any bets that they'll both now end up at £53.99?

I'd very quickly buy the RHS now before both sides go up to a nice round £60 each 🤣

The RHS one has already been replaced, otherwise, I'd have done just that LOL

Tbf, I reckon they sell more passenger side wings due to damage.  You've got to be a pretty poor driver to catch the driver's side wings on obstacles.

My driver side wing just secombed to large patches of bubbling rust, just like the passenger one is now... Wing is relatively cheap, I'm now searching for a local 'guy' that'll fit & paint it - doesn't need to be concourse, it's an 18 year old car, but I'd like it to look good from at least 6ft LOL

Was Harry responsible for the bubbling?😉
