Focus 2012 key issue

Hi, got a 2012 focus with a key issue, won't unlock and the car doesn't see the key unless in the slot under the cover on wheel.

tried new batteries and even the spare but nothing.

 

had somebody come out and found open signal for remote key antenna.

changed the remote under the back seat but nothing.

is there another key receiver in the headliner ?

if so how do I get to it
