MK7 Dials making a noise with no power on

Featured Replies

I have a 2008 MK7 transit which has been fine for the past few years but has now developed a battery issue. This i thought would be get a new battery for season (is a camper conversion) I can jump start no problem and it will start again not problem leave for an hour and not enough charge in battery. Now i have been working on the van inside and went to the local B&Q jump started and drove came back no issues but a while later i heard a ticking coming from the dash and you can just see the tacho needle move slightly. I disconnected the battery (both + and -) that is under the drivers seat and the split charge cable goes to and its still makes the same noise etc. Can any help me work out what's going on before i get a new battery just so puzzled.
