Engine malfunction

Morning all. We have a Motorhome on a Ford Transit base. We have a peculiar engine malfunction that our mechanic cannot get to bottom of.  She drives fine until we stop, say at a services, we restart she drives fine for about 500 yards then the engine malfunction warning comes on and engine cuts out. The fuel injectors have been checked and at all functioning well, the engine has had a full service. Any ideas anyone?
