Featured Replies

Greetings everyone , hope you all well .

I made post , where some information was wrong .

I still have an issue with the car , but , the post in question is causing a bit of confusion.

Question : How do I remove the post in question ?

thanks

Ask a moderator or just report your own post/thread if it’s easier. What do you want removed?

Can't you edit it?

Greetings alexp999 ... I posted a request for help , regarding an alternator . Wrongfully told it was a 14v alternator that I had been supplied by Halfords ( and the specs sheet had hidden under one of the outer box 🙃 ...) ...

The all post is confusing and may lead to what appears to be malice on my side . This is not the case . Therefore I think it would be better and start again ...

Thanks for your help.

You seem new to forums. Calm down. There's generally very little good reason for deleting discussions, and the simple mistake you refer to is very far from a good reason for deletion, or even for starting again in a new thread. It's already perfectly clear to me, one of the participants in that thread, that you and your friend simply misunderstood something about your new alternator and we're moving past that, in part due to you discovering a hidden bit of documentation. Sometimes discussions are messy, and things indeed are a little messy in yours; the whole slew of replies you added today didn't really help much in that regard. I have no idea at all why on earth you're worrying that people might perceive you to have acted in malice. It's unfortunate that the discussion may have become somewhat confused, but you just simply need to address this the same way you would in real life, which does not typically involve using a time machine to start over.
