S-Max Engine Swap (TPBA instead of TPWA)

Featured Replies

Hi,

Hi, I need a new engine (see post below this one), and have found a rebuilt block and cylinder head with code TPBA, but my original engine is Code TPWA

Question is, can I it fit this in to my 2011 S-Max Titanium X 240 and can I take all the ancillaries off my old engine and fit them to this replacement?

Has anyone done this before?

Any help greatly appreciated

Thanks

Mark

I should imagine it's pretty much the same. The tpba is MK4 Mondeo 240

Hi

Thanks for your reply, I suppose I am mostly concerned with things like the manifolds etc fitting correctly as the replacement TPBA block\head comes bare with nothing else
