picked new active x fiesta up feb 23.no traffic installed,told take back to dealer.

car returned,three little cars showing,but traffic still not working,showing no roadworks or delails.told to take back in.returned with roadworks showing and delays,but when planning rout it does not inform me or direct me round roadworks and hold ups,comentry just takes me straight threw the route planned.i have put destinations in that take me through long term traffic hold ups,or roads closed,but there is no instuctions to avoid these,any advice would be very welcome.software sync 3.4 and map updates f11.says software up to date on 12/6/2023

If you go in to the Sync3 navigation menu you’ll have settings for route preferences and if you want to avoid ferries and toll’s etc. Amongst all if those will be settings for live traffic and dynamic routing. You’ll also have to agree to share some information with Ford in return for local hazard and live traffic to work at its best.

Have you set up Ford Pass with the car to set up the telematics?

thanks for your reply.went into the sync 3 navigation,all 6 on and off buttons were switched to on,live traffic,dynamic tolls etc were all on.went into ford pass,all turned on and permission granted for ford to access.dont know what you mean with telematics,less it means turn them on.

Use Waze on Carplay or Android Auto Ford's navigation isn't the best

would like to see ford traffic working,then i could choose.dont no what more i can do,been in three times to ford,must be something simple i am missing.three little cars showing on screen,roadworks and delays showing.but no notice of delays,or commentary how to avoid traffic.

Any chance you could post a photo of the Sync3 screen when you have pressed “navigation” on the lower part of the screen?

I’m guessing on Ford Pass you can see oil life, tyre pressures and your vehicles location without any issues?
