Sport mode button not popping up on dash

Hi everyone, on my 2020 Ford fiesta st line edition, I have the sport mode button next to the handbrake, however when pressed, the eco and normal mode only pop up on the dash, no sport mode option to be seen. I have had this problem for a while now, sport mode has never worked since picking up the car. Any suggestions? Has anyone had this issue before? I would appreciate responses. Many thanks

    Hi, I just recently purchased the exact same model. Fiesta ST Line 2020.

    I've been having the exact same problem, did you ever find out what was causing this?
