the world changed

it started in earnest in the 70s as they invented the credit card so the rich get a free bank loan funded by the interest the slaves pay as they get poorer and poorer, by the 80's thatcher deregulated banks and so rather than a 3 x salary mortgage for a 3 bed semi the young ones pay 10 x for a one bed starter flat...

as it all got progressively more sick, manufactures decided they want a bit and started to design in failures....   occasionally the accountants over do it and so many fail prematurely the cat come out of the bag - but its OK coz no one in Britain bothers to fight for their consumer rights - or works with others to kick the crims in the nuts - so they keep winning anyway

    Appreciate this thread was first started a while back but I've now too experienced the same issue

    71 plate Focus 155, 39k miles and my PCP deal ends in a fortnight...!

    Noticed the issue with 2nd gear for the first time earlier today and have had to go from 1st to 3rd

    Emailed the email address on the 1st page and will see what happens but does anyone have any updates on their stories? Any tips on what to do/say?

    Ignore it for a fortnight and hand it back. Although probably too late if you've told Ford about it now.
