I bought a 2008 transit based motorhome last week.

The radio wont switch over to MW and I cant adjust the clock. Obviously connected somehow as the buttons are next to each other in top rhs. Radio reception on FM is ok when engine switched off but rubbish with a lot of interference when the engine is on. Also cant pick up many of the pre programmed stations when driving.

There are a couple of small microphones up in the cab on both sides like a blue parrot hand free system has been installed at one time.

Anyone got any clues. Got the removal keys arriving tomorrow so I can have a look at the back to see if any wires have been altered.

Coincidentally, a full parrot kit was fitted to my 2009 Trafic before I got it. I cant get MW on that either. 

It might not be a big issue for some folk but I like listening to the football when Im on the move.

Any help greatfully received.
