service book and owners manual

Featured Replies

as title, do newer cars come with these anymore as I didn't have them in my 2019 focus when I bought it last week.

Many Thanks

Dean

Nope, service documentation is digitally stored and owners manual is online too.

Not cleared up because my 2020 Focus came with both.

My 2021 Focus came with both as well.  Even had a specific Vignale handbook!  (Though perhaps that's more for the butler than the owner... )

However, most Mk4's didn't come with them.  Probably just ST & Vignale for the last year or two.

I've emailed the garage that I bought the car from about the owners manual and he said that he will see if he can get one for me as for the service manual I found some on ebay that a brand new so I could always get one from there then if I really wanted one

Just to clarify, you dont get owners manual anymore but get a supplemental guide and service portfolio. The service portfolio only basically shows the service intervals . It's not a service book that gets stamped when service, brake fluid, antifreeze etc done.  The odd one out as tom Pointed out was the vignale

I've got a service book if you want one. How many do you want stamped? 🤣

I've got a 2020 ST and have both stamp service book and manual.

Should do. I bought a MK4 Focus a month ago, and it came with all.

I just picked up my mk4.5 ST on Friday and it came with supplement manual and service portfolio.  You can view manual on Sync 4 or through FordPass app. Services are now online and can be viewed in app when completed.
