Switching out dome lights with PCB to 1s with hallogen bulbs

Hello, 

Since 2 weeks i'm the owner of a 2012 s-max, today i went about changing the puddle lights under my mirrors to LEDS, added sequential turn signals to the mirror and i also wanted to switch out the bulbs in the interior. 
I have the version of dome lights with the black PCB with soldered LED's to the board. I was thinking about switching them out with fixtures that have bulbs so i can place my LED's in there. 

Is this at all possible or is the wiring different on those?
