Failed to load latest Ford update

And they give you a  usless tel number to phone, who do not DEAL with Sync problem why then display the tel number.  So you go to a Ford garage and they want £90 to look at it, so anyone have an answer.

I have download the file 5 times onto different USBs formatted with X Fat ( I have done the updates before so have had experience in doing updates ) car starts to update file and 15 seconds later I get Error Code MEM_ERR01. Also tried to do update via Wifi and it says all up to date and there is no change on the dispaly ( About Sync) from previous to todays display.
