Aspherical door mirrors - not on a Mk8.5

I suspect I know the answer to this but let's ask anyway....

The Mk8.5 Fiesta (and probably Mk8 as well - not too sure) doesn't have aspherical mirrors which I would like. Is there any way I can get them changed? Ford dealer says "computer says no" because they were never an original fitment on that model.

    If your after changing the mirror for a convex type then the answer is 'No'

    But you can add a convex mirror to your existing one very easily 👍

    Disappointing as it seems a retrograde step from the Mk7. I think the mirrors themselves are also not as wide so there's even less field of view.

    Stick on mirrors was my Plan B! I've used them successfully previously, notably on my motorbike, but was hoping to achieve a neater solution on a brand new car.
