Hi All,
I don't know if anyone can help me but I get a DTDC code of P0194 (erratic fuel pressure sensor) when the engine warms up (after a few miles of normal driving).  This is accompanied with an engine hesitation on trying to pull away from a junction / roundabout.  This hesitation problem occurred some time ago when doing a long run (no DTC error code) so I cleaned the EGR.  The DTC code p0194 has only started since then so I think there may be a wiring fault that I may have worsened by moving the engine loom when I cleaned the EGR.  However the fault only occurs when the engine is warm and prior to that it drives very well.  There are no problems with starting or idling (with or without the fault).
Has anyone come across this before and fixed it?
