Hi all,

     I have an issue with my command control. When ever want to issue a command it seems that the mike has been disabled. No response so I cannot answer a call on my phone. Well I can, but the person on the other end of the call can't hear me. I can not even ask to open any of the normal commands such as Climate or phone etc. Any ideas would be very much appreciated.

    Have you had a look at the pages of the handbook around page 286 it might have some information that will help?

    If all else fails you can reset the system by disconnecting the car battery negative lead for 20 minutes and it will reset the sync system. - No radio code is needed on your model.

    Thanks for the advice, I have now sorted out the problem. As it turned out it was the fact that the mic had turned it's self off. I ended up doing a factory reset. Ok I lost all my settings but I can get around that easily enough. Cheers
