Just curious as to how sync 4 updates. Is the car always connected via power up for no charge or do I connect to my own WiFi to get the updates?

    Hi. You will need to ensure your car is off (as in, no ignition) doors are locked etc. You will also need to ensure your maintenance time is set to when the car will be parked at home and not in use. And yes, getting it on your house Wi-Fi will certainly speed things up, although it will still do it over the air (OTA) just at a slow pace. 

    Ford are rolling the updates out slowly and it seems they are just picking VIN numbers at random.
