Engine under tray required.

Featured Replies

Hello Everyone, I am trying to get hold of an engine under tray for our Mk6 Fiesta. I can’t seem to find anything on eBay and a couple of local breakers have nothing.

Any ideas or if you have one I will be interested.

Thanks a lot.

Mikey.

Petrol / Diesel ?

which engine ?

Manual/Auto ?

There are quite a few versions of the engine splash guard for these models.

Hopefully there might be something at Silverstone on Sunday

Or is there another way of stopping the front bumper being pushed back. Is there some sort of brace that could hold the front bumper rather than the engine under tray.

It is just a thought.

Mikey.

The engine undertray only goes as far forward as the radiator crossmember.  It won't hold the bumper up.

There were a couple of plastic supports on the bottom of the bumper when new.  If they've snapped or sagged you can reinforce them with some metal supports instead.

The alternative is to use self-tapping screws in the top of the bumper under the grill.

Nice one, thank you. I will try securing from the top. The car is shaping up quite nicely now.

Thanks again.
