sollaris
Hello everybody, I bought a 2016 Galaxy 1 month ago, 2.0 TDI 180 hp. It had an original Ford AGM battery from 2016, and I said to change it because I had the problem with ABS that appeared from time to time. I changed it to an EFB from Varta. I mention that the battery is next to the engine and the person at the store told me that the battery is compatible for my car even if it is not AGM. The problems got worse, and it keeps falling on my car. Everything happens every time but only after driving 20 km, and the engine + the surrounding circuits reach a high temperature. In the cold, there are no problems. If anyone has any idea in which direction I should go, I would greatly appreciate it very much. I mention that I have been to 4 service Centers with the car and no one knows what it has. Thank you very much. Here is the video:

The problem is, your car charging system is designed to charge an AGM battery, it won't charge an EFB battery efficiently. The EFB will fit ok, and it will start the car ok, but I believe that is the cause of your electrical faults. Personally I would refit an AGM battery.
