Mk 3 power fold mirror problems

I'm  looking for some help with my driver's power fold wing mirror. FORD FOCUS MK3.5

It no longer folds in. The mirror adjustment only works when I lock the car from the button on the driver's door. Also when I unlock the car, it takes 2-4 goes. It unlocks then immediately locks again but it always unlocks after about 4 tries. These problems all started at the same time. (It locks first time)

I've taken off the door panel and all the wiring looks good. 

According to my research it looks like I need a new door control module and mirror.

I'm struggling to find a used  mirror with puddle lights, power fold and maybe heated too. I'm not sure if my mirror was heated but the mirror looks like it's wired for it. I could live without it.

My mirror has 8 pins, in locations 1-6 and 7 and 8.

The wires going into the mirror from the module has 10 wires, locations as above with 9&10 in addition.

Most of the mirrors I can find with 8 pins have a different layout. 

I've done a search for the wiring diagrams but i can't find one that matches my setup.
