Fiesta 2011 diesel drivers side lock problem

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have inherited the above and it has a driver side lock problem.

Central locking locks all the doors.

Central locking unlocks all doors except the drivers door. (drivers door opens with key but not guaranteed)

Worked up until around 6 months ago but car has been standing.

Have oiled what I can see of the lock.

Have re-programmed key with ignition.

Have tried the swap which doors open by pushing open/lock on key fob.

Any suggestions or ideas would be welcome please ??

Thnx
