Hi, 

Noticed yesterday my passenger side headlamp was extremely condensated, more so than usual. Noticed the rear cap was half of so it’s obvious moisture has seeped in.

Unfortunately it has not cleared and I have taken the headlamp unit out and noticed 25ml of water or so sloshing around in the bottom. Clearly not draining anywhere. Noticed a paper thin tab on the bottom, is this one of the designed weep holes? Currently not sure how to drain all the water or dry it out. Running the headlamps doesn’t seem to do anything.

Can you remove a bulb then angle the light to get it to drain through the bulb hole?

You could drill a small hole in the bottom corner but I'm not a fan of that idea tbh.

Once the liquid water is out, leave it in a warm place (airing cupboard?) overnight to dry it out.

Yeah, there’s a small tab made of paper that seems to be a type of vent, unfortunately it fell apart when I had a look at it and was able to get some but not all water out.
