Phone Bluetooth connectivity

Featured Replies

Advice please

Recently brought a 2016

focus with sync2. When I go through the process of connecting my phone (samsung A14) its connects  and works.

However when I come the start the car the next time is struggles to automatically connect, Bluetooth is visible on the phone, only it will still not connect. So I have to go through the process everytime.

Any body else having this issues or know how to resolve it

Thanks in advance

Mark

SAME problem here . new A14 phone not staying connected . All other phones no problem .

Might try to check for SYNC update

It's your own fault !! or It's all Ford's fault or it's everyone else's fault, but it's definitely not Samsung's fault 🤣
