Got error code VER_ERR10 when installing the above followed by PJK_ERR03 when I re downloaded the update and tried to install again. The map itself got updated but the Gracenote version is blank. Ford customer services have advised this is a known error and they will be publishing a new update in a couple of months (including F12 Map). Said I will be able to identify it because it will include a Sync update.

Has anyone else experienced this?
