Screen wash not working

Hi folks, I have a 2020 Eco boost and the screen wash isn't working (front or rear).

I disconnected the tubes at the sprinklers and the screen wash isn't getting to them. I'm now thinking, as front and rear are fed by separate lines, that the issue is in the reservoir (yes it has been topped up).

Any advice would be welcomed.

    Can you hear the pump whirring?

    If not, check the fuse first.

    If yes, the filter is probably blocked on the pump.

    thanks. the pump does whir. 

    If the filter is blocked it may be a job I can't handle. 

    Is that likely to be covered by the warranty?

    Not likely to be covered by warranty as it's technically user error rather than a part failure.

    (Some screen wash can react to create a sludge)

    If you're unable to access the pump yourself, I don't think an independent garage would charge much for this job.
