I was given a focus mk1  after the head casket on my car blew ...it had a few little problems  all fixed with help from here.

Key didnt work was qouted £150 ish but  it was just a new tibbe for 15 quid 

Front electric windows didnt work i was qouted £200-£300  but spent £25 each on a  regulator and motor for each door and did it my self .

Every so often i have to double dip the clutch as it wouldnt to in to gear sum times.i bled to glutch and it worked .i was qouted £70  for this .

 

Thx members for the help u saved me nearly £500 and i love my focus. 

I think Some of these garages see a woman come in and take advantage of us not having any car nohow....  im glad i asked here and did it my self even if i did swear at my busband  alot while doing the work 🤣
