Swapping seats from Mk7.5 edge to MK7.5 ST recaros

Featured Replies

Hi there, I’ve recently went and bought the half and half ST recaro seats for my MK7.5 fiesta, now the car came as a EGDE model so no heated seats, now the question I have is, is there plugs for the heated seats in my car that’s hidden away under the carpet or what? Cause if there is I’m happy to fuse it up and get the centre console switch, just been looking into it for ages and can’t get a straight forward or simple answer, hopefully someone can help! Thanks

The only way to tell for sure is to check when the seats are out.

Zetec and above generally has the wiring, but Edge was such a basic spec that it may not have the wiring present.

Ah okay fair fair, it had the plugs and wiring for the fog lights so that’s what made me think ya know, I’ll comment again once I get time to find out
