Part number required for cabin temperature sensor!

Hello everyone,

I need a part number for the cabin internal temperature sensor located to the right of the start-stop button for an S-max 2018 TDCi.

Has anyone got access to the exploded diagrams and any tips to removing the fascia too?

    Exploded diagrams can be found on either 7zap or catcar.  They haven't been updated since 2016 but fortunately the new shape S-Max was released just before that so should be mostly correct for your car.

    Just to close this off, I replaced the ambient external temp sensor and the internal one as listed above.

    The issue turned out to be a failing main battery. Fitted with an AGM one from factory, replaced with a new one (096 size AGM), reset the BMS and everything is working again.

    I hope this helps someone!

    Don't forget to order replacement cable ties with fir tree adapter to secure the cables back into place. eBay or Aliexpress are good sources if you can wait for delivery and identical to Ford ones.
