I have a 2010 2.0 Diesel

Is a stage one remap worth doing / anybody done it and recommend or not ?

I feel that my car isnt running to peak "performance" and just wondering if a remap would solve this issue and run better.

What sort of price am i looking at also for this....

Many thanks

Lee

If it's broken, a remap won't fix it.  The fault needs to be repaired before remapping.

But generally, yes a stage 1 remap is worth doing on a turbo diesel.  Which power level is yours as standard?

Ok, there are a few variations with these so you need to know exactly which engine & ECU it is.  If it is the older 140 engine then you're looking at around 180bhp from a stage 1 map.  Cost around £150.

2.0 TDCI 16v 140 BHP 2005 – 2010 Siemens SID202 SID206 EU4 – HDI Tuning Limited (hdi-tuning.co.uk)
