Judder from pulling away when hot.

Featured Replies

Hi,

Focus 2.0 tdci 2005. Once hot I get judder pulling away(like clutch judder) as though there isn't enough torque to drive the car unless I put on loads of revs, after dipping the clutch because it sounds like engine will stall. When cold theres no problem.

The clutch is fine. Normally a diesel will pull away without too many revs, they will also pull away without revs and drive their self, as you all know.

Air filter replaced, injector seals replaced, IAT replaced, Map sensor replaced, fuel filter replaced. No fault codes showing.

Also the slightest of what feels like holding back around 1500 - 1800 rpm but is very slight, noticeable on a smooth road(which is hard to find these days)

An ideas please. Many thanks
