Featured Replies

Brought a 2012 Ford Focus. Was told thr speakers didn't work screen flags up " CD Drive Malfunction". She said her son put a 5p on the cd slot.. any clues what the issue  could be?

Possibly it's unable to give change of a 5p 🤣

I would imagine there's a 5p coin stuck in the CD drive.

These units are easy enough to change and only cost around £40 used on eBay so that's what I'd do.

You are welcome to remove your old unit and shake it with the slot facing downwards to see if the coin falls out first.

When on 'radio' mode, do all 4 x speakers still not work?
