Revs dropping at idle when hot

Hi,

Wondering if you can help me please.

Focus 2005 2.0 TDCI drives fine when cold and idles well but once the engine is hot and at a junction, as I lift the clutch to pull away the revs are dropping off, so makes the car judder.  Wondering if a sensor of some sort has gone bad?
No codes are showing up.

    Just an update.

    I replaced MAF sensor and car runs much better but I am now getting error codes

    P0101-F1
    P0101-P

    Do they need to be coded or should they be plug and play or something else?

    Hoping someone can help.
