Tyre size

Featured Replies

Hi can any help with some advice.

I currently have a 68 plate ford focus diesel hatchback 1.5 ecoblue 95 zetec and I need 2 new front tyres. Now the tyre size on the car are 195/65 R16 and to get them replaced it’s costing me around £200 a tyre.
Someone has suggest changing all 4 to 205/60 R16 and I was just wondering if anyone else has done this or will I not be able to do this.

Thank you

That's only a decrease in diameter of 1.1% so you should be fine.

Use a javascript tool like the below to play around with sizes, and then match with what tyre-sizes are cheaper and give you a good choice.
