Want to change my Radio but its a built in air con and nav

Featured Replies

i have a mk2 st3 pre facelift and its got this head unit that has built in aircon and navigation, it cane standard to the car and i want to update it to a new android display. But I'm not sure where to start. Like this one here https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/265491831409?hash=item3dd08bda71:g:DfQAAOSwf75h2pkH

I’d wonder if the OEM system just mirrors same output to the heating system meaning you could in theory switch to a standard DEATC panel and smaller fascia for the android replacement radio/sat nav etc can’t see from the eBay photos if it looks like it takes the same wiring connector as the DEATC panel has.

Would need the mountings to be in place etc and the dash being able to accept a standard fascia panel though
