Misfire at idle is back

Hi,

At idle my car would make a strange noise. It would sound like a misfire and air would "pop" out the exhaust at a standstill and would cause my engine to do a little shake. I replaced the spark plugs and although the engine shake was still there, but much much less vigorous, the "pop" was essentially gone. You could also feel the vibrations in the car at idle. Fast forward two days and its running just as it did before. Does anyone know what could be causing this. I dont have a mpg that is unordinary or any symptoms while driving. Just rough and shaking at idle. engine is 1.6 ecoboost 182bhp
