Clicking when taking foot of accelerator

Hi can anyone identify this problem I’m having with a diesel mk3 focus 2013

When I take my foot off the accelerator in 3rd gear I hear a repeat clicking noise. This only starts after about 5-10mins of driving once the car has warmed up

when I take my foot off in 2nd or 4th gear I don’t hear this noise for some reason

i have videoed the noise although it’s very faint so I’m not sure if the video will be much use
