Hi does anyone know if ford owners club goes to simply ford at Beaulieu and where to park??😊

I have been to a number of these, but not for the last two years, and most attendees just park up inside the grounds, past the museum entrance as directed by the museum staff.  There has been however a number of  members clubs (such as the orange ST OC, and I think the Celebration Fiestas) allocated space adjacent to the building entrance.

Have you checked the Beaulieu website for any info ?

 

Thanks for letting me know I have contacted them and I think clubs can book a spot earlier next years simply ford is to be announced for a date .

If enough members (as there is a minimum amount specified by the organisers) wish to attend the event then we can arrange to have a club stand for next year.
Its a great venue and offers discounted entrance allowing you to use the museum and other attractions during the day (handy if its raining)

This would be a great opportunity and I know they will release the dates at the start of November for the 2024 event 😊

The date has just been issued by Beaulieu for the Simply Ford event - Sunday 18th August

Will apply for a Club Stand and should get back with some more information on here shortly

That would be great keep me posted with the ford club do we get a reduced rate on the day I know it has be booked in advance 🙂

The tickets would need to be booked in advance and also club members get a much reduced rate which includes entrance to the museum. 
We should hear back from Beaulieu soon regarding the club stand and when you can purchase entrance tickets.

RESPONSE FROM THE ORGANISERS

Thank you for your email regarding a club stand at Simply Ford on Sunday 18th August 2024

I can confirm that I have booked you in for a club stand at the event.

We do ask for a final update on numbers 2 weeks prior to the event following which we will send out club labels to you via email for you to then distribute out to club members. Club members then need to print and display these in their windscreen on arrival. This helps us then park you all in your club area together.

Please note, we do ask clubs to arrive by 10.30am and if members have not arrived by then club spaces will be allocated to general participant parking. 

Tickets are available online here: http://www.beaulieu.co.uk/events/simply-ford.

Please ask your members to purchase their tickets in advance as this will speed up arrival on the day. Tickets are per person, so please ensure that all persons arriving are covered by a ticket.

The reduced price is when you book through the Beaulieu site as part of the owners club
