Don't undo the hinge to body (B-Post) bolts, whatever you do, these were set in the factory.

Undo and adjust to hinge to door bolts ONLY.

The door should be slightly under flushed to the front door and over flushed to the rear 1/4 panel, to reduce wind noise

As long as you get the main door skins aligned, don't worry too much about the top (glass) frame alignment.

After you have set the bottom of the doors, front and rear and angle, drop the glass and bend the top frame so that it aligns with the front door frame

Good idea to mark the position of the hinges on the door so if it all gets a bit messy you can put them back to where you started from.

Then carefully support the door while making any adjustments - having fitted the door you’ll know just how heavy it is, as soon as you slacken things off it’ll drop down as far as it can otherwise

Not sure if a good idea or not as never replaced a door but would it help using a trolley jack to support the weight of the door using something padded between the jack and the door bottom to protect the door? You could then easily move the door up or down using the jack with the screws loosened.
