Exhaust flexi replacement?

Hey I've been thinking about replacing the flexi ever since I bought the car as the mesh has ripped and it  barely passed the lambda on the mot,

however I would like someone to tell me how hard is it to remove the two bolts on the flange, let's say I have a map torch and right sockets. Many thanks 👍

    After 25 years of heating cooling, rust and general age they will be difficult to remove. Of course if you have a right-angle power impact gun then possibly not that bad.
