All plugs are connected to the washer pump. The fog plugs are lower where slam panel is I've accounted for everything on bumper.  parking sensor plug is driverside

Is there any wear on the inside of the plug?  It might never have been used on your car, there are often spare plugs depending on engine choice and trim level etc.

I'll have another look when I get car back I've left it with garage at Moment to try diagnose my steering issue

Its the plug for the headlamp washer pump. If you don't have headlamp washers, it should be plugged onto this blank on the washer bottle. That's what keeps the terminals clean
