Focus Mk2 warning lights issue

Featured Replies

Hello All, can anyone tell me if the lights on warning should be lit when the ignition switch is on but the lights off? Also the odometer/ outside temperature is on permanently which is probably why the battery drains if the car is unused for 3 days. Focus Mk2 petrol 2007.

Cheers

This should go off after about 45 minutes

Thanks Dave T70, I thought as much. Looks like an issue with the instrument cluster.

Yeah it’ll drain your battery slowly if it doesn’t go off. I’d be worried if mine was still on after 30 minutes cus both my MK2 cars always go off in closer to 15 mins or so.
