Can somebody confirm the oil specification for my Ecoboost engine, 54k miles please.

Is there a preferred manufacturer and how much will I need?

What intervals should the oil be changed, mostly short trips a couple of times a week'

The car came with receipts for belt change at 52k miles and I want to keep everything as clean as I can.

    Change the Oil and Filter at least once a year.
