Update on my steering pump issue

Still having problems pumps been changed but still stiff. You can hear pump working and when move steering wheel where as couldn't with old one. Think the issue is from pump to steering rack any thoughts from anyone or common issues in this area

    Yes or even collapsed hoses

    Hose was replaced I've left it with garage to try figure it out I've had enough lol and need it on road in next couple week
