MK2 gearbox oil

I am bout to replace the clutch soon and also the gearbox oil as i will need to drain the box(1.6 tdci with MTX-75 box). Would any 75w90 oil do which is GL-4? That's what i have found out the box uses, but do correct me if i am wrong. I am looking for a Castrol oil that will do the job, but I don't need the most expensive of them.

    Thanks guys! It worked here with my registration plate, but it was only for the engine oil, no recommendation for the gear oil. Anyway, i have got what I wanted now after reading a lot on the world wide web😋
