Ford Focus 2000 Estate Zetec 1800 Electric Window Relay

Couple of problems with my Focus Estate.

1. Only front electric windows & both have stopped working. Checked for 12v down to electric motor and its not there. 12v going to relay but nothing coming out to power motor. Have the part number & a used one has been ordered via ebay. Also seen one advertised as '2004 Ford Focus Window Relay C560'. Will this work on my 2000 model?

2. Central locking was working occasionally but now nothing at all. Key fob battery is ok but i'm not sure the fob is working, plus it's the only coded key i have. What is the most likely cause? Could it be the controller located in the driver-side foot-well?

Part No. 98 AG 15K600 EC CL DL RF - Do other controllers fit?

Spares and advice would be appreciated. Plus, how do i get another coded key / key fob?
